Flex 'N Tone
Combining the energy of group exercise with the muscle toning results of resistance training.
CardioStrength
Combining the components of Cardio Interval and Flex 'n Tone for a fun and intense workout.
YogaStrength
This class includes the postures used in basic Yoga at a much quicker pace, with the addition of more advanced moves. A Yoga mat is recommended.
Hip Hop Fitness
Fun, high intensity, dance oriented workout. .
Total Strength
This strength/functional training workout combines the energy of group exercise with the high intensity of resistance training.
CardioKickboxing
This fun & energetic class combines calorie blasting Kickboxing, Body Sculpting, Ab and Core exercises.
30 Minute Express Workout
Class is a circuit format, using dynamic movement with medicine/stability balls, weights and bands for a total body workout (Cost is $2 for this class).
BridgeMill Boot Camp
Enjoy a fun/motivating boot camp style workout. Bring a water bottle and towel. Classes held indoors and out.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes balanced development of the body through core strength and body awareness.
