Director of Fitness/Recreation
A Florida native, Brenan was mostly raised in Georgia where he played college football at Georgia Southern University. He finished his bachelor’s degree in History Education and Public Relations at Kennesaw State University.
Brenan has worked at BridgeMill Athletic Club since 2008, starting off as a summer lifeguard. He is a Certified Pool Operator and Red Cross Lifeguard instructor. Brenan is also the co-owner of Goldi Services, a company that specializes in commercial cleaning, home and pool maintenance. In his free time, Brenan loves to spend time with his family and play in adult sport leagues.
Program Director of Fitness/Recreation
Loui Padgett has been the driving force behind the fitness program at BridgeMill Athletic Club as Recreation & Fitness Director since BridgeMill opened in 1999. She has 30 years of experience in Fitness Management, Programming and Group Exercise Instruction.
In addition to her vast experience and knowledge about health and fitness, she is a talented and energetic instructor who also oversees a multitude of activities for Members of all ages. You’ll find Loui teaching several group fitness classes each week including Monday Madness, Yoga, YogaStrength, and Rolling Yoga. Loui plans and implements most of BridgeMill’s children’s activities throughout the year and also designs/edits the monthly BridgeMill News.
Judy is certified and nationally accredited with AFFA, ACE, FITOUR, and The School of Fitness. She is also AED, Adult and Child certified through the American Red Cross where she was awarded the prestigious National Merritt Award in 2014.
Judy has been in fitness for over 25 years where her background in cheer and dance started her passion. Her love for fitness and wanting to share it started early on from tiny mite cheerleading where she took it through college and on the professional level where she cheered for the Atlanta Falcons from 1994-1997.
She was awarded the honor of representing the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders in the Pro Bowl in 1997 in Honolulu Hawaii. She later became a National Presenter and Area Promotions Director for Powder Blue Productions, the creators of Turbo Kick, Hip Hop Hustle, and PiYo. She still teaches these formats today. She knew her love for working out and being healthy was contagious and wanted to share it full time with others.
Raul is a Kennesaw State University graduate with a degree is Exercise Science. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Fitness Trainer. Specializing in strength training and bodybuilding.
As a former assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, Raul organized specific workout sessions, programming of lifts and studied exercise physiology along with many other courses with the Kennesaw State University Football team in preparation for the inaugural season this past Fall.
Raul has his own website and is also a fitness icon on social media apps, Instagram and SnapChat, with his handle @rcfitness. Being an online fitness coach and also part of the team at Cellucor, a supplement company, Raul’s goal is to have a large impact and help as many people as possible through health and fitness.

John Di Siena
- 20+ year career as a Head Tennis Teaching Professional and touring pro.

John effectively listens to his clients to tailor an appropriate fitness program based on their needs. He can provide specific exercises for various sports such as tennis and golf, as well as promoting balance, speed, agility and coordination. Through the use of various equipment including the TRX, kettlebells, BOSU, free weights and more, John’s goal is to improve sports performance, daily living activities and helping people become healthier and fit through exercise. John’s specialties are cross-training programs, sports-specific training, senior wellness and nutritional guidance.
