NEW CLASS!! Body By Design
Mondays 9:15am and Tuesdays 6:30pm
If you’re looking to create lean, strong arms and abs, toned, shapely backs, booties and thighs this low impact total body workout is for you. We’ll use a variety of exercises and tools to challenge the glutes, quads, hamstrings, arms, abs and back to design a totally toned and shapely body. All fitness levels welcome.

LaBlast is a ballroom dance inspired dance fitness program created by Louis Von Amstel – former Dancing with the Stars pro and world champion. It is partner-free and accessible for all levels of participants. You can be a seasoned ballroom dancer or an absolute newbie.
NEW CLASS!! Greatest HIITS Whiteboard Workout
Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:15am
This 30 minute interval class is designed for those who are self-motivated and love to HIIT. Bring a friend, hook up your favorite music and every Tuesday we will post a white board on the stage in the aerobic room with the HIIT interval times and exercises to be performed.
This class will train your muscles to work together to prepare the body for daily tasks, and real-life activities by simulating common movement patterns of daily living like squatting, reaching, pulling and lifting. Participants will see and feel improvement in strength, balance/coordination, power, range of motion, and mobility. ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
This 30-minute full body workout is performed in a circuit format that moves from one exercise to the next. It is designed for all fitness levels to tone muscles and increase metabolic function for more calories burned throughout the day.
NEW CLASS!! Mix it Up
Wednesdays 9:15 am
We’re going to mix it up in this class. You’ll get a full body workout that includes cardio and strength exercises using weights, medicine balls, the TRX and battle ropes in circuit training class format. All fitness levels welcome.
This full body conditioning class combines the fundamental principles of both Barre and Pilates. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on sculpting long, lean muscles while challenging the core with each movement. This low impact class is great for all ages and fitness levels.
This class will consist of a thorough warm-up followed by sequences and postures that build heat and strength in the body then will close with cooling and calming postures to leave you feeling balanced and renewed.
NEW CLASS!! Hip-Hop Fit
Cardio Dance fun for all ages! Work out, get your heart rate up, and learn fun hip-hop dance moves all in 45 minutes. The class will consist of warm up, body strength exercises, hip-hop basics, and a new 2-3 minute choreographed dance every few weeks. No dance experience required. Best suited for ages 12 to adult.
NEW CLASS!! Release & Recover
Take some active recovery time after your hard work throughout the week. Classes will begin with a spinal warm up, proceed to general heat building and finish with deep stretches of every major muscle group. A great way to round out your workout and maintain mobility. All fitness levels welcome.
