CARDIO/STRENGTH CIRCUIT CLASS
Mondays 7:00pm and Thursdays 9:00am with Andrea. This cardio/ strength, small group class is held in the cardio weight room. It is performed in a circuit format that moves from cardio vascular machines to weight machines. The class is designed for all fitness levels to tone muscles and increase meta- bolic function for more calories burned over a longer period of time. Members must register for the class each month (4x per month $20, 8x per month $40).

The Pilates reformer workout utilizes a spring and pulley resistance system along with bodyweight movements to provide a challenging workout that builds core strength, endurance, coordination while improving flexibility and balance. MONTHLY INTRODUCTION TO FITNESS
This is a once a month, small group, introduction to fitness class. It focuses on teaching proper use of the cardio and weight equipment, with an emphasis on how to get started and what options are available to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
